Vaccination Reminder from the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority
Grades 6 & 8 students will receive their second dose of vaccines on Monday, May 29th. If you have any questions or cannot recall if you signed the consent form, please contact the Public Health Nurse at the number provided below.
